WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We require your User Information for identification and communication purposes.

Your Travel Itinerary is used for the general purpose of completing your travel booking request made through this Website.

However, JJA Travel and Tours is authorized to view your Personal Information to investigate and take action regarding suspected unlawful activities, to protect the rights of JJA Travel and Tours and its customers.

  2. Our Suppliers, Third-Party Vendors and Advertisers
    3. Our suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruise lines, and tour operators, will require your Travel Itinerary to complete your booking. All services provided by suppliers are specifically identified as such. We only share information that we believe our suppliers will require to provide the service you have requested with a specific supplier. This may contain your personal and contact information.
    Some aspects of your travel bookings are performed on our behalf by third-party vendors such as credit card processers and website providers. We also only share information with our third-party vendors that we believe is required for them to provide the services for which they have been contracted.
    We recommend that you study the privacy policies of our suppliers and third-party vendors, as JJA Travel and Tours does not restrict their use or disclosure of the information we share with them.

Any claim or cause of action resulting from or connected to your access or use of this website must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which it arose or accrued.
ATTORNEY'S FEES
If JJA Travel and Tours or its affiliated companies take any action to enact this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be able to recover from you, which you agree to pay, all suitable and appropriate attorney's fees and litigation costs, in addition to any other legal or equitable relief to which such parties are entitled.
INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
You accept that any breach or attempted violation of this User Agreement or these terms and conditions would result in irreparable damage to JJA Travel & Tours, the exact amount of which is difficult to determine and for which no effective legal recourse exists.

As a result, you agree that JJA Travel and Tours has the right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction restraining you from violating or attempting to violate these terms and conditions, as well as to recover from you any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by JJA Travel and Tours in obtaining such an injunction, including, without any limitation and appropriate attorney's fees. You acknowledge that there won't be a bail or other security needed in order to get this injunction.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of these Terms of Service and Conditions of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any data relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, IP addresses, and traffic data as necessary or appropriate.

This Agreement, in whole or in part, may be terminated without notice at any time for any reason.
ASSIGNABILITY
You may not, under any circumstances, assign, convey, sublet, or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations under this agreement.
MODIFICATION OF SITE AND/OR PARTS THEREOF
JJA Travel and Tours maintains the right to modify, amend, revise, or entirely remove any section, component, module, feature, or content on this site anytime it considers necessary or convenient, and without previous notification to users.
SEVERABILITY
